Open Classes NBS teachers offer classes to ballet students across Canada as part of the National Tour.

Associates Program Offers boys and girls in the Greater Toronto Area, age six to 17 years, the opportunity to participate in after-school and weekend dance classes from mid-September to early June.

Adult Classes: Since its establishment in 1996, Adult Ballet has become one of the most successful and popular recreational ballet programs in the Greater Toronto Area. Held in the National Ballet School's state-of-the-art facilities, Adult Ballet reflects the same personal attention, quality instruction and training theories as are applied in the School’s well-established full- and part-time training programs. Further information about times, teachers and costs are available on the NBS website or through the Registrar’s Office.

Facilities: In 2005 NBS opened new ballet training, academic and administrative facilities on Jarvis Street as part of a $100 million capital campaign program called Project Grand Jeté. The expansion and renovation of the School's residence on Maitland will continue in phases over the next year.

Fees and Financial Information: The National Ballet School is a publicly subsidized professional training institution. For most programs, the School charges tuition fees which cover only a portion of the real cost.
